Anita Barksdale

Anita Barksdale joined the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 2008 as an associate Her practice focuses on a variety of labor and employment matters, including assistance on NLRA, ERISA, FLSA, and FMLA matters.

She represents management and employers in arbitration, mediation and litigation of matters regarding harassment, discrimination, retaliation, as well as termination. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and in the U. S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Barksdale graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University (HU) in 2002, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Information Systems and from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008 with a Juris Doctorate.
