Jacqueline Smith

Jacqueline Smith is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and has a PhD in environmental sciences from the University of Texas. Jacqueline has extensive experience in administrative procedures, environmental policy and air quality regulations. She serves as an Adjunct Faculty in the Barbara Jordan/Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs.
