Tracy Good

Tracy Good is a General Practice solo practitioner, whose areas of law include criminal, family, and personal injury. He has been practicing since 2005. Prior to the law, Tracy was a manager at AXIA Resources with over 15 years experience in internal controls, financial statement auditing, internal auditing and financial consulting. He has extensive industry knowledge in Energy (emphasis on exploration and production), Manufacturing, Gaming and Racing. Tracy has provided a wide range of services to clients that include SOX implementations (design, documentation and testing) and project management, internal audit, enterprise risk management implementation and financial reporting.

Tracy was the Director of Internal Audit at Nuevo Energy Company and maintained various financial accounting and SEC reporting roles in other Oil and Gas Companies, including Phillips Petroleum and Unocal.

Tracy Good earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, with Honors, in Accounting from University of Houston and is also a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, NAACP, Real Men Read program, the Harris County Democratic Party, and the Attorney-CPA Association.
