DRESS CODE
THE GALA IS A BLACK-TIE EVENT AND BLACK ATTIRE IS REQUIRED.
Yes, this means:
Black gowns/dresses and Black tuxedos/suits ONLY.
1. We understand Black Tie doesn't mean all black.
2. However, the attire theme is An All Black Affair, so black attire is required.
3. This does not mean gentlemen have to wear all black. (Men can wear white shirts, stylish socks, etc.)
4. It simply means gowns/dresses and tuxedos/suits must be black.
5. Accessorize as you please!

MEAL SELECTION
Please make your main course selection by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024.
ANY MEALS NOT SELECTED, will automatically receive the salmon.
If you purchased more than 1 ticket, please ensure your guests complete the form.
PARKING
Attendees can valet or self park.
Valet parking can be accessed at the main entrance of the hotel located on Walker Street. Those who valet will receive an HLA sticker to place on their ticket for discounted pricing.
For self park, please only park in the Avenida North Garage to receive the discounted parking rate. (701 Avenida de las Americas - green box).
Once parked, go to the second floor of the North garage to take Skybridge 1 to George R. Brown Convention Center. (blue arrow)
Then take Skybridge 2 from GRB to the Marriott Marquis. (red arrow)
This will lead you to the second floor of the Marriott Marquis.
You will see signage directing you to the Houston Ballroom and the gala registration tables!

After entering the North Garage, you will receive a white parking ticket. Prior to leaving, please validate your parking ticket in the Validation Machine to receive the Discounted Daily Parking Price.
Upon returning to the North Garage, please use one of the Pay Stations located in the GRB near the Skybridge or at each floor of the Garage to pay for your parking.
***The Exit Gate will not Accept Payment***
CHECK IN
The gala will be held in the Houston Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Marriott Marquis.
There will be signage and staff to direct you.
There will be two tables to check in, one for sponsors and one for individual seat holders.
There are no physical tickets, therefore, all sponsors need to ensure their guests names and emails have been provided to the Gala Chair.
You and your guest(s) will provide your name to the table staff, and you will be given your table number.
ORDER OF PROGRAM
6:00 PM - Cocktail hour begins
7:00 PM - Program begins
7:30 PM - Doors will be closed during the keynote speech.
Early arrival is highly encouraged!
9:30 PM - DANCING!
